Napoli UNO
The Napoli project came out of the blue. The three-week long stay in Naples was a birthday present that came as an absolute surprise. Days later I grabbed my cameras, a few films and took off. I enjoyed absorbing the energy of this lively, chaotic and exotic environment by exploring it on foot. Ultimately, I tripled up the length of my stay. The series leaves enough space for interpretation while playing with movement and stillness, beauty and decay, life and transience. 2015
