    Project WEast Europe
The development of Eastern Europe whether it be by European Union borders or simply global flows of information shapes a collision between traditional social life with the new western influences. The result is a sub-culture reinterpreting and erasing the split between East and West Europe while forging its own unique colourful contemporary landscape and identity. - The photos selected are from journeys between 2002 and 2006 in Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

Faces of My Experience: 24mm from India
These photographs portray a loss of personal borders, dizziness, excitement, the intense proximity of a million various manifestations felt throughout my time in India. In the midst of this frenzy, the only logical response was to take part: to capture close the faces of my experience.
Bombay, Poona, Panaji, Hampi, Hospet, Bangalore, Mysore, Gokarna, Varanasi and Calcutta.

Mad e in China
China's rapid economic development relies on emerging markets integrated with the West. How do you represent something so unique,
so massive, so complexly complicated with new and old tensions, paradoxes and military pressures seen through a dangerous tool like my camera?
Hong Kong, Shenzen, Shan Tou, Xiamen, Guyang Yu, Ying Tan, Shanghai, Kaifeng, Quin Xian and Beijing.

    Holzschuherstrasse
The trick was simply to be really present in my environment, in my every day life. It was more about dealing with my moods and
catching situations spontaneously rather than hunting motives. They came to me, I simply had to wait for the right moment and shoot.

    Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Pattaya is an infamous den of denizens hot up for cheap beer and sex. This coastal town two-hours drive south from Bangkok, Pattaya was once a fishing village that turned into holiday spot for American soldiers on leave from the Vietnam War. Now every year thousands of men from all walks of life and even those in wheel chairs head there for the long bite of erotic excitement money can buy, making Pattaya the biggest whore house in the world.

City of OSTRAVA - in search for the black steel hearth of czech republic.
Ostrava used to be the pride of czech socialism. Today Ostrava is an industrial town without industry. As a new member of the European Union, the city is struggling with ecological, economical and social problems. But the "black steel heart" is still pounding: The communist and industrial past is still present, young and creative people appreciate the raw energy and the unique atmosphere of this lively city. Ostrava is an important but nonetheless forgotten piece of the czech identity.
